A little bit about Niamh:
Niamh graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has spent the past five years dedicated to helping people with chronic pain regain control of their lives. Her passion for this work is deeply personal—having witnessed the impact of chronic pain firsthand, she became determined to find a better, more holistic way to support healing.
Alongside her physiotherapy career, Niamh discovered a love for yoga, practicing across the world, including in India, Sri Lanka, and Bali. Through this, she developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the power of movement, breath, and lifestyle changes in transforming health.
Bringing together her expertise in physiotherapy, acupuncture, and yoga, she offers an integrative approach to pain management—one that goes beyond symptom relief to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction. She is committed to fostering a supportive and nurturing space, empowering you with the tools and knowledge to take proactive steps toward your well-being.
Alongside her private practice, Niamh continues to work as a Pain Management Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS, where she has helped hundreds of people break free from the cycle of pain and live more fulfilling lives.
She understands that pain is never just physical—it is shaped by stress, emotions, and life experiences. That’s why her approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy with Eastern practices, including acupuncture, breathwork, and therapeutic yoga, to create a truly holistic and personalized treatment plan.
